Congratulations on making this connection. Unfortunately, it is something I struggle with. When I am "on plan"--I can do really well but the minute I loosen up--I gain weight. I haven't given up on living a life of moderation while maintaining a healthy weight and lifestyle. You would think I would have this figured out after all of these years but it certainly has been my challenge in life. Keep up the great work and thanks for posting your success.

I was an " all or nothing" person about weight loss for years and in the long run I'm thinking it was a handicap. Like as soon as I made a mistake I was out -until the next time I felt like going all in again! My approach has changed drastically over the past two years and I have been maintaining a much better weight .

Thank you! Paleo is restrictive but not impossible. I am not sure I will do full Paleo after challenge is over. Maybe a modified paleo concentrating on less processed foods. I miss cheese. :-( How are you doing?
