Consistency and Sustainability. You need to be more consistent over time than you’re not and you need to pick a workout and a nutrition plan that works for you. FOR. YOU. It’s not a one size fits all world- different things work for different people. It needs to be sustainable- this is for your lifetime. Not just 4 wks.

I’m trying to find a low calorie, low fat, low carb salad dressing that tastes good! I know I’m asking for a lot. I was thinking of trying the Skinny Girl dressings. Anyone try them? What did you think? Suggestions?

If you’re up for vinaigrette - I went a year with just rice vinegar pinch of sugar, and olive oil - really fresh and nice : )
