I have been really focused on my exercise, water intake, and nutrition!

I could have limited my late night snacking, my sweet tooth comes out after the kiddos are asleep!

Non-scale victory of the week!

I’ve been diligent with not snacking (usually I have a few bites of my kiddos snacks here and there) and focusing on proteins and healthy fats! I can feel it in my energy and mental clarity!

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

I often lack motivation to keep going. The beginning is great, but once the honeymoon phase is over and the real work begins I give up.

This week I want to focus on my water intake (140 oz/day), minimize “blt’s”, get at least 6 1/2 hours of sleep each night, and complete 5 classes at my gym!
