I did not make my round 2 goal, which I anticipated, but I have a positive minded and I will be making some small tweaks to make round 3 happen. I am refocusing on consistent protein, fiber and hydration while giving myself emotional grace.

Figure out what works for you. I grew up hearing “don’t weigh yourself daily” but I THRIVE on the knowledgr of a daily check in and nothing derails me faster than the not knowing. Figure out what works for you and stick to it.

Calorie deficit tracker! I have tried to lose weight for years thinking I was eating right only to quit when I wasn't seeing results. I finally locked in and actually track what I eat and focus on high protein and fiber and have actually now lost 30 lbs since last August! I also let myself enjoy the holidays but tried to not over indulge and was able to maintain during that time and then got right back on track after new years. It works! I use the lose it app for tracking.
