Try calorie cycling. Eat 200 calories more one day then drop down again. Mix it up. Also try adding healthy fat into your diet like from avacado or cashews.

Hang in there- are you trying to eat 5-6 meals a day? That's supposed to help, eat to lose - also intervals- I know more than I can make myself do haha- good luck
