  • My 100 days of workouts was not sustainable... but I'm excited to see how many I can do by the end of the year! I did 21 days of 21 fix workouts IN A ROW (and some days I did 30 minutes on the elliptical afterwards too)!! Then day 22 was a walk because I was too sore! Day 26-27 I was out of town for a wedding but I did work out on Friday before leaving! And once I got back I was tired & unmotivated... and I had already broken my streak... BUT last night I got right back on track! And I feel a little sore today - hello muscles! Only 10 days left until weigh-in for Round 5!

    I need to make plans with wiggle room! I think 5 days per week is where I need to be!

That sounds so reasonable. Life happens. Sometimes it interferes with our plans, and we have to be flexible and accept that. Good for you for getting back to your workouts after a short hiatus. You've got this!

So nervous I might not reach my goal :(
Part of me wants to just let go and say whatever, but part of me wants to try really hard lol. Can’t wait to see which part wins!!

  • A real rarity for me. The perfect time, combining breakfast and lunch with taco shells, black beans, turkey, lettuce and cheese. Everything weighed and measured. With more carbs, better early in the day. 50 protein which is good. 620 cal. Tonight will be fish and veggies. Also after the 303 forever, now 300.6! Yay! Thanks to all of you encouraging me to hang in there!

I found I am wanting to walk to run errands. My water is in point and now into the final week of good eating- eating to fuel the body! I have been ‘dinner and done’ 3 days in a row! Now to crush it this week!

My job is so stressful right now and I've found it helpful to plan when I'm going to go outside for my jog/walk. When I get back home I feel much better and more in control of my eating. Try it and see if it works for you!

Thank you all for your input. I try to drink enough water brought a second water bottle to leave a work, sometimes eating just doesn’t happen when it gets too busy. And there are days I work 12 hour shift and exhausted but I workout every morning to have some me time before all the crazy starts.

  • I cook 2 pieces of bacon, then do onion, garlic, mushroom, and turkey sausage. Then I drain the noodles and mix them in with this. It's SO good and I have it for dinner!

  • So I’ve heard Ilana say before that if you don’t know what to make just start with some garlic and onion in a pan and something will come together... IT IS SO TRUE!! I’ve seriously done that so many times and more often than not some super tasty veggie dish comes from it! 🙌????

    Tonight we had some sliced steak from Costco left to use and I knew I wanted something kind of creamy to go with it but wanted to stay veggies most. So started with garlic and onion and found some mini bell peppers and threw those in, then added a bag of frozen cauliflower rice and then added some pesto sauce and a little mozzarella.
    It was so good!! Definitely going to be repeating this sometime and always remember just start with garlic and onion in a pan and it really is true something good will always come from it!

We need to be in peak physical shape as a means of protecting and optimizing our physical and mental health and wellbeing.  Just know that this bet is a win win! There are 2 outcomes that are both fantastic.
