I have been eating so well!! And I have found so many amazing recipes!! One being the sweet potato black beans tacos!! Incredible.

The darn beer is killing me.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Food was pretty consistent..but I drank less water the past few days. Finally bought a pair of sneakers to get on the treadmill with so I'll go to gym today.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Drink more water. Focus on eating meals closer together so I don't get hungry and have more energy.
