Tip of the day: Make a juice with beets in it and drink that for a couple days, safest ex-lax ever!! It will empty you out!

Yeah I do and it is. My Hubby goes with me once in a blue moon cause he's working usually. I get what your saying. Where ever you can get it! As long as your getting it!

I have a child with special needs, what helped me was when the girls came to do things with my kid to see where he was at for the week, they would also talk to me. I even got to talk to a counselor through the program I think. That or it was through a church. Also you need to take breaks and "walk" away, breathe. Everything else like eating is a choice. You just have to make yourself be aware. Don't beat yourself up tho. God gives you what you can handle and we must be able to handle quite a bit!

Yeah I talk to people too and it helps but I don't even have a job and I am so overwhelmed! But u r right we can do it just be aware, it's just such a hard thing to practice!

You can do it, just remember to breathe and give yourself some me time every once in awhile. Hide in the closet if you have to. LOL It will get better!

Just checking in, wondering if you think you will make your goal? I am not sure here, it's pretty slow, but I am hoping the scale will be kind to me in the next few days. Normally I could loose 3 lbs easy, but this time it's slow going and hard work. I hope that means it will last! :)

What I am best at doing consistently is walking with a friend If I set a time to meet someone, I tend not to back out and get lazy. But I am trying to loose weight faster for this, I am trying to adding the "couch to 5K" program. I am NOT a runner, but I have always wanted to do a 5K. It starts out pretty simple. We will see how it last. :) Also since we have snow AGAIN and ice, I have been using and exercise video now and then. I just try to get in 15 minutes a day. That always leads to more. The first 15 are the worst. After that you are already there, you might as well make it worth it

I'm a good walker too...I cannot run if my life depended on it! Lol! I do videos too but do not look forward to doing them at all...complain the whole time before I do it and through it! :(

Good job Tracy, I noticed we are both at the same place, we have it this months goal and have lost 8/9 pounds. I am feeling it, at least my bra's actually fit now. :) Of course that's one of the 1st areas you loose, but mine had gotten so tight I hated getting dressed. Whew. I want to loose 15-20 more in this challenge, how about you?

Awesome job too! I know right, my bras get so tight I wanna rip them off....I lost about ten and to be honest I want to lose about sixty pounds all together! My starting weight was two hundred and six pounds and I am short and should weigh way less! I don't really find it hard and I am not having cravings right now...I hate exercise that's my problem, that's where it gets hard. I wanna try aquafit, have u tried that?

Wow yeah when it rains it pours! Sending prayers your way! We have ten to fifteen inched of snow coming tonight in toronto, canada!......I hate pushing the stroller in that crap.....I only lost 0.4 pounds due to my period, at least I didn't gain. My daughter has changed meds and gotta keep an eye on her. I have had such bad neck pain, migraines, back pain and bunion pain....it all acts up when I am stressed. I try to do workout videos at home, old ones too! Lol! What are u doing for exercise?

I still haven't made the yogurt yet:(. I ended up being too tired then I had to take my daughter to PT again, my son got sick and I had to pick him up from high school and I fell backwards off a two and a half foot step trying to hit the first step and instead hit the floor. Using a crutch already for problems from foot problems...ha! I'm a hot mess the past day and a half. Oh and I live in Indiana and we have five inches of snow that's fallen since 3 o'clock and another 7 to fall by morning! I think we will be snowed in again. Already had a few inches in the ground before it started today. I'm going to google the pitas to see if I can find them in my area. What state do you live in?

I tried your suggestion for rice cakes and bought Carmel corn Quaker at Krogers today. You can have 13 for 3 pts which is pretty decent. I like that they are crunchy and one last awhile. Where do I find the apple cinnamon pitas? I'm going to make some homemade frozen peach yogurt tomorrow. It looks super easy too. Calls for a bag of frozen peaches, low fat plain yogurt and agave nectar or honey.

How did the yogurt turn out....sorry I took so long to reply....the apple cinnamon pitas are made by a company called pita break and come in minis and full size pitas.
