It's the only way I keep myself accountable. Giving back keeps me from giving up. Last time I gained weight and then disappeared off the radar. Then had to start this challenge up 8 pounds...as you can see on my chart. sigh. So thank YOU for the challenge and being encouraging yourself. I have a lot more to lose and can't give up. GO, SHEILA!!! I am a little dismayed by some aspects of stacking DietBets, but it is definitely keeping the pressure on to WORK HARD at my weight loss goals! I finished one bet, popped up, didn't report it on my other Bet, and so it seems like I'm doing really well on this Bet, but really I am just struggling hard to get those pounds off. Oh, I don't know - just seems kind of circular, but it is WORKING!!! So I'll TAKE IT! I mention it cause your weight chart is kind of mountain-rangey looking, too!! So not all of us have smooth sailing!!

Thanks for the encouragement. I haven't stacked bets yet, but I did just finish one up with Chris and Heidi Powell. Yeah, my mountain range weight chart is awful. I had lost 4 pounds in the beginning of the last challenge, gained it back plus 4 prior to starting this one. So DONE. This is the first time I have carb cycled and my body is reacting good, so I'm hopeful this may work. I'll know at the end of 4 weeks for sure.
