It certainly didn't happen overnight... took me over 2 years to take that much weight off... then this past holidays came around and I put some of it back on, LOL. That's why I decided to join dietbet again and get rid of it once and for all. :-)

Yea, the holidays are really hard. I think if you get thru them without a gain, you're ahead of the game. I was trying so hard before Christmas to stay away from the cookies and candy in the break room at work, but then gifts of homemade cookies and candy began to appear on my desk as gifts. I did eat some but took the rest home to set out at parties.
