C7 really looks nice. What do you have? Oh yeah, anytime you have food cravings, just get in the car and put the pedal to the metal - the adrenaline rush will satisfy that!

The only way I have heard of Carlisle was from some car shows on TV. I'd love to attend that one sometime! I live in Colorado, so I won't be driving my Vette that far! I do plan to join my local Corvette Club (they say it's the oldest in the West) in the springtime to learn about everything and participate in events. Regarding the waving, I didn't know about it until my wife and I were in the car one day and she noticed a couple vette owners waving. We figured that was a thing to do (I know motorcycles do it)! Anyway, its a blast owning one of these things and I plan to take it to a race course this summer (2.5 mile track in Pueblo).

A great meal after a workout is a protein shake with fruit. The sugar in the fruit will push the protein into the exhausted cells to help heal the muscle tissue you just finished working. Remember, you tear down muscle tissue in the gym but you build and repair for the next 23 hours by what you eat and when you sleep.

Thank you! I tried lowfat chocolate milk and a banana and felt pretty good. All this time, I just needed to replenish. Ugh! Well, I learned something new. :-)
