Yo. SMASH burger rocks!!! very juicy burgers. I would stay away during a diet bet usually, but we had a going away for the boss. Need to stay healthy and found their salad to be very good too.

I see by your statement that you did pretty much what I did. Lost some, got discouraged and gained it back. In my case I gained more than I lost so I'm very disgusted with where I am now.
However, maybe if it's going to cost me to fail - well I can't afford to fail. I haven't yet decided what plan to follow yet. I'm one of those people who hates veggies and my body not only craves carbs, but holds onto them forever. So, I'm still making some decisions.
