Non-scale victory of the week!

6/17 I'm doing really well. Today I drank about 130 oz of water. I did have a bowl of cereal for breakfast but I had one rice cake withPB for snack, cauliflower "fried" rice for lunch and ribbon zucchini pasta with meat sauce for dinner. I am confident I can keep going and reach my goals!!
