my diet was a little all over the place and I barely made my steps some days

My weight has fluctuated greatly this week. With it being the last couple weeks in the game I am going to increase my steps, stick to IF, continue C25K... and i feel like I need to do a little more so although I really don't want to i think ill count calories just to gage where I'm at in that area.

This week I started doing some fitness training. I got 4 workouts in with the help of a DietBet game. I find it really motivating and plus I need the direction the videos give.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I want to go a whole week without drinking. Last week was pretty good, I think I had about 5 drinks total (not all at once haha). I would also like to drink more water (a forever goal.)

Complete the DietBet game challenge, make power days every day (StepBet), drink more water, eat more consistently healthy, do the C25k so I can ease back into running. we are halfway done with this month and I'm only 38% of the way to my goal! time to get serious!

My NSV this week was staying on my feet most of the day nearly every day. I got a lot of work done around the house and in my yard.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I started to incorporate daily bike rides and dog walks but fell of the wagon these past few days. Ideally I would do these things every day.

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

Consistency. I will lose ten pounds and then stop working towards my goals and just gain it right back for obvious reasons.

Stick to my 16:8 intermittent fasting with a possible longer fast somewhere in there, keep drinking to a minimum (1 beverage, if any, a day), keep drinking water to a maximum (80 oz/day), walk the dogs and go on a bike ride every day.
