Sylver, don't lose faith. Faith in who you are, who you want to be, in finding someone to share your life with, in enjoying food. FAITH is what keeps us going.... Don't say you hate yourself...... We all have days when things don't go the way we want, but there is always tomorrow to try again. Stay positive, you can do anything you set out to do. Life is a journey and making changes takes time and patience. Food is part of daily life, we need it to survive and it should be enjoyed. We just need to go one day at a time and try it in different ways and try other new things at the same time that can be just as enjoyable without the calories! Wrap yourself in a big hug, sing a song and smile, get a good nights sleep and start again tomorrow. You got this!
