Terry...thanks for the encouraging words! I currently don't take my cigarettes with me when I leave the house and no more smoking in the car, which equals about a 1/2 pack a day vs a pack....its hard cause my hubby smokes too, but I am trying. Best wishes for a speedy recovery.....we can both do this----just a work in progress!

Thank you Heather that pound is since i joined this dietbet but started my weight loss journey Sunday will be 3 weeks and i have a total of 7 pounds in 2 1/2 weeks it took to lose it
