Wtg Michelle you got this for sure i see you are trying to quit smoking i recently went back after 3 yrs not smoking so disgusted in myself Good Luck with it i recommend trying the patch i have to have surgery on my throat Monday so i to will be using the patch i have Polyps on my throat so they are going to remove them i wish you all the best on your Journey with both weight loss and quitting
