I was the skinny guy at work that could squeeze into tight quarters, one of the larger guys said, you should be fat like us so you don’t have to get into the small areas, so now I’m the skinny guy at work.

I got my wedding ring on! It has been almost a decade sing I was able o have it on. I had gained almost 60 lbs the year I got married. Still a tight squeeze but at least it’s on and not rubbing my finger raw!

I had cheese once and a hot dog once, maybe I can go the whole week without dairy or processed foods
