My non scale victory? I would say my pants are fitting a little better than they did when I bought them!

I would really like to get into meal prepping, I also could have been better by resisting not so good foods.

Definitely resisting a lot of bad food, I work in a restaurant and to snack or eat the food is extremely tempting but I have no touches not one thing that wasn’t compliant.

I could’ve not went out for margaritas and Mexican food on Tuesday

I am going to start this 21 day meal plan and will be going outside to walk/run. I will also be working out at home if not signing up for a gym so I can work out there too!
