Hey Patty! I just wanted to send some encouragement. Luckily a stomach bug hit the house so I might make those extra .7 lbs anyways... Never thought I would say that! It is frustrating to think we are so close and could wind up losing. Hope your husband is feeling well.

Ugh - and I weighed in today and still have .5 to lose. I hope I can do it by final weigh in!

You can do it! You have two more days, right? An extra 15 minutes of walking, and eating just a bit less for those days. When you're hungry, ask yourself "is this worth $12.50?" cuz that's the minimum you'll financially lose if you don't drop the extra .5. The candy bar I wanted just wasn't worth it, except I'm in two and it would've been $37.50! (one 4 week and one 6 month) YOU CAN DO IT!
