I need to stop eating after dinner and I’d love it if my refrigerator door handles and pantry door would just ‘zap’ my hands every time I try to open them after dinner-Haha!!! Oooffff-the struggle breaking bad habits is real. I know I can do it-going to replace that habit with getting up for a treadmill walk, or doing a chore or two, reaching out to chat with someone I haven’t spoken with in a while, etc! I can do hard things!
