Are you feeling hungry in the evening and need a crunchy snack?

First!! Make sure you are truly hungry and you aren’t just wanting to snack because you're bored or because snacking has become a habit as soon as you get to relax for the evening.

Now, if you are TRULY HUNGRY and need a little snack, here are some suggestions…

- Rice cakes with toppings of your choice (cottage cheese, PB, Greek yogurt, hummus, etc)
- Greek yogurt with a handful of low/no sugar cereal (Chex, plain cheerios)
- Celery w/ Peanut butter
- Carrots/celery/cucumbers/peppers w/ hummus
- Apple w/ Peanut Butter

Apples and peanut butter or a small plain Greek yogurt bowl with fruit, a drizzle of honey or maple syrup with a touch of granola and:or dark chocolate chips.

I need to stop eating after dinner and I’d love it if my refrigerator door handles and pantry door would just ‘zap’ my hands every time I try to open them after dinner-Haha!!! Oooffff-the struggle breaking bad habits is real. I know I can do it-going to replace that habit with getting up for a treadmill walk, or doing a chore or two, reaching out to chat with someone I haven’t spoken with in a while, etc! I can do hard things!

  • Okay! ✅ LIIFT More W5 Legs ? I’m so so SORE! Almost forgot my pic this morning 😅I DID do 10 Rounds on Saturday-never posted! I am behind on Friday’s workout! Did super with my nutrition all week until the weekend! Too much running around-Nails and shopping with Sarah on Saturday (then she came down with the stomach bug fast and hard Saturday afternoon as soon as we got home 😢) Our sweet little granddaughter, Lainey, was baptized yesterday and we had a really nice gathering at the house afterwards—-Then, the college kiddos had to get packed up and on the road already ?to get back to their colleges last night (classes start TODAY—and poor Sarah is just trying to feel better❤) Now that things will be quieter ?again, I can play a little catch up. I do have a couple of days lunches ready to go and know what the menu is for the rest of the week-some haddock with veggies and steak bowls on the menu! Have a great Monday everyone! Eating an açaí bowl now👍

  • D3 of Fat Blast 💥 2026 I did W1 D3 of 10 Rounds Boxing ? 2-3s and 4s AND I did my walking 🚶 on the treadmill this morning since we had a delay—1.5 miles in 25 minutes…my feet 👣 are on 🔥 after 10 Rounds 😃👍
