Hey Kem, how are you holding up? I noticed that we three buddies haven't checked in for a couple weeks... I lost round 1 by one day, oh well. I didn't keep up with the workouts but started from scratch (day 1) again yesterday. I decided to do 2 per day of the strength training until I catch up again. I see you were a runner-up as well, are you doing round 2? I hope you don't give up!

How are you doing babe? Life is keeping you busy huh? I did hot yoga after work and then today's HIIT. So glad I have forced myself to do all her workouts... what always gets me to do it is - they are only 20 minutes, and I have time for 20...

Juicing went well - I had my monthly visitor right after though, so gained the bloat and now it's coming back down again. Looking forward to finishing day 12 - but will wait until after work and yoga...

Hi!!! I have not missed either except I got day 10 and 11 last night so I had to do 10 late....I have been moving my house around so I am pretty sure I have been burning extra calories. I have lots to do.

Following you on your fb page. Pretty cool! I'm on Day 4 of my juice cleanse. Feeling pretty good. Did 2.0 day 3 last night - loved it... skipping the hot yoga I think until I am finished with this cleanse, dunno, maybe I'm using it as an excuse to take a break (even though I love doing it). How are you doing?

Day was good! Still going with this juice cleanse thing. Soo tired now though and almost broke down and got sushi - the veggie ones, cause I don't do raw fish, or any fish usually. I am not wanting to do day 4 either...

Sushi is not bad if you have it in moderation, it's actually a choice in my 21day fix meal plan but it's limited to 3x a week

Alright girl! I do hot yoga like I said I was gonna, and I did Day 2 an hour ago. I think I'm going to follow your lead though and do it before my morning yoga class. Too brutal...
