HI! I'm just checking in to let you know I'm still squating. I agreed to do the 30 day squat challenge last week and it was hard in the beginning and I was sore last week but its a little easier this week. I think when I get too 100 I'll have to do half and half. Also, I'm not just doing squats I added crunches, leg lifts and wall push ups. Thanks for the great idea!

That's awesome! Do whatever you're comfortable with. And adding crunches, leg lifts and wall push ups is amazing! Keep it up! I'm away in Cuba from this Sunday evening until the following Monday but I will check in with everyone as soon as I'm back. No wifi at the resort. It'll be weird to have a week with no internet. lol Keep going! You're awesome Amanda!

On the 30 day squat challenge do you do all 50 in one go or break it up through the day?? I mean - holy crap!

Whatever you're comfortable with. My aunt would do half and half or 10 at a time until she reached the full amount. Completely up to you.

Here I am to post on your cheeseboard! I looked up T25 workout - I think I'll give it a try. Thanks so much for mentioning it. It looks pretty intense though. Would it be too much for someone who is just starting to exercise again?
