Have been thinking abt getting a tracking device, do u like your fitbit? How does it work? Will it work with iPhone 4?

I'm liking my fitbit very much so far. I have the "One" and keep it in my pants pocket. So far it seems accurate, although it does log a few steps while I'm sleeping. I've heard of someone who had the 'Flex,' which you wear on your wrist, and it recorded 4000 steps while she was knitting, however, I think any device will have some situations where it's not very accurate.

I picked the One because it tracks steps, sleep, and stairs and it has a clock. It was very easy to set up, and it automatically syncs to my PC whenever I'm near it.

You can check the fitbit website to see which devices are supported. I'm not sure if all the fitbits support the same devices.
