I have so much more energy now and was able to do a lot of yardwork this weekend.

last night I weighed 157 so thought I would wait til this a.m. to weigh, thinking the wt would be less!. Just wanted to say that! lol. This week I am going to the gym twice and start tracking my calories again with MFP.
