Non-scale victory of the week!

I have so much more energy now and was able to do a lot of yardwork this weekend.

last night I weighed 157 so thought I would wait til this a.m. to weigh, thinking the wt would be less!. Just wanted to say that! lol. This week I am going to the gym twice and start tracking my calories again with MFP.

I went to the gym late at night after my second job even though all I wanted to do was go home and go to bed!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I am still eating too many sweets.. 102 cookies or pieces of candy here and there is fine but I'm getting too many of those one or two pieces!

Non-scale victory of the week!

I prepared smoothie bags ahead so all I had to do was grab the bag dump it in and blend it after adding liquid of course! :-). I also made sure to have healthy snacks around for when I got hungry between meals. I'm getting really good about tracking my daily food and calories.
