Non-scale victory of the week!

I went to the gym more

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I have good days and bad. On good days i eat right and exercise. On bad days I say to myself "you've been good, have a reward." And one cookie becomes 2. One spoon full of peanut butter becomes 2 and so on.
