Yeh this is my first, I used to be quite fit a few years ago... Just with work and college I slacked off with my fitness, watching shays videos has really motivated me to get back into the healthy lifestyle tho!

Robb, keep those vlogs coming man. I enjoy watching them. I share in your struggle. I can now run 3 miles non-stop. I've been improving my pace over the last week. It feels great. I hope you get the new camera soon and I can't wait to see the footage of your 5K color run and your Tough Mudder.
