Not sure how to start this except to say that I suppose we're all here for the same reason so I'm ho... Read More ›
Maybe what you need is to be placed on something that is strict that tells you exactly what to eat and what not to eat I often found myself steering off the wrong path when I tried being healthy I would eat a cookie and say oh it's just a cookie but then next thing you know I'm completely off my path so it was a battle for me too. A good example you could try is a plan called "advocare" there are some good reviews and negative reviews just like anything but it's not a diet you eat 5-6 times a day and it tells you exactly what to do and how much it is extremely strict but it's only 24 days the first 10 days is a cleanse it's pricey but in my opinion has helped me to stay on track I haven't cheated not even once and I'm on day 19 and I've lost 5 lbs I started at 141 now I'm 136 but of course the more you way the more you'll less and the less you weigh the less you'll lose but what's important is it helps you get into that mind set that you must stick to it and now I don't even want to look at sweets you have to keep pictures around post a before picture put it on your bathroom mirror so you can be reminded every morning of what you don't want to look like anymore reward yourself with something but NOT food it's not easy takes a lot of will power but I've find a strict diet is easier on me because it gives me no wiggle room. Hope that helps :)
