Wow! I love punching and kicking! I've never heard of combat30. Is it a beach body thing?


Yes! The whole 60 day program is called les mills combat & combat 30 live was one of the bonus DVDs but honestly combat got me to continue working out because it's so fun & I used 2 despise working out lol & all the DVDs are 30-45 mins except combat 60 is an hour.
