Hey - glad you're having a great time. Yep, so far this weekend: contra danced, bike ride this morning, picked strawberries, and a nice hike this pm. The AC wasn't working well in the dance hall; I swear I lost 8 pounds, just sweating it away. I do have a tiny bit of hisotry of sabotaging success, but my head's in the right place now, so I think I'll keep the pounds off. THANKS for all the encouragement along the way. Sounds like a great day! Well maybe with the exception of the AC not working. Just my kind of day, lots of activity without necessarily "exercising", just out having fun living.
I've still got a way to go before I get to my goal weight, so I'm managing to keep my focus at least for now. I've got a birthday goal towards the end of July that I'm pretty set on making. Hopefully no self-sabotaging for either of us.

Contra Dancing is not only fun, but good exercise as well. This sweet handsome guy took me to my first Contra Dance almost 30 years ago. We've been married for almost 28 years now, and dancing most of them. Have a great time dancing with your daughter.
Nice job there on the back end of this challenge. Impressive. With all and traveling and parties in the last 10 days, I slowed down, but I've got another weigh-out in less than a week. I'm glad to be home where I can restart my routine and recommit to getting the excess off.
