How are you doing? I've been having difficulty getting back into it but I got active again with diet and exercise about 10 days ago. Looks like you are still making great progress. Hope all is well.

How are you? I just barely made it for round 1. Wow! Took about 10 days off from diet and exercise while being busy with my son. Now I don't know how I will get back into it but I'm starting over again today. Seems like you're making good steady progress. Keep up the good work!
