I had never heard of Prayfit before, Very cool! Do you do the 33% carbs/protein/fat?


Yes. The book is great because it gives you a shopping list, meals for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. I like things simple and don't have time to build recipes so this works great! Now, to stick to it, lol! That's why this challenge is perfect.
