Hang in there! It' going to be a challenging nine days but we can do it. One conscious eating choice at a time.


Oh I know, I've been trying so hard and I've got 3.7 to go. I think I see ah juice fast in my future. I did manage to get thru the weekend with sensible eating!

Hang in there! I slacked off this past week so need to clean up my act over the next nine days. It's back to the one meal, one snack, one beverage conscious choice at a time approach for me. I've got 2.2 pounds to go (that's actually 2.5 since my scale only has .5 increments). We can do it!
