Have you tried adding lemon to your water? Adds a little something. You can also buy those water bottles that have a little compartment in the middle where you can stick fruits to make it naturally flavoured.

I have tried it before and I LOVE it but I never stick to it. I have started making tea in the coffee pot (life hack) and drinking it warm or making it into ice tea later in the day. It seems like I have been drinking more water lately (that way) but I do need to try to stay consistent with the lemon/fruit infused water. Thanks for the tip!!

As you said, take it one day at a time, and you will succeed! Not every day will be a success, and some days will be complete failures, but that is all part of the journey. Don't beat yourself up over the bad days, because one day won't mean anything over the course of a week or month or year. Do be careful not to go too low below your calorie goal. I know it seems scary to eat more, because you do not want to gain weight, but eating too little will actually cause your body to go into "starvation mode," and it will hold on to stored fat. Congratulations on taking the first step!

Thank you Julie!!! :) I hope you did well on this challenge. I ended up losing a third of what I was supposed to lose to win but i still lost weight so in a way I still won :)
