Non-scale victory of the week!

Being more pleasant. Also stepped out of my box and did new things!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I drank alcohol which I usually do not do. I think it messed up my scale movement.

I am able to start walking up stairs normally again so want to get stronger at it!
