Hi, Katelyn ... just checking in since your last community post reporting how you were trying to deal with feeling so hungry. Wanted to find out if you were able to use any of the suggestions to overcome that, yet. How's it going? (Well, I hope ...)

Hey! I am doing good. I was just hungry from the workouts. I have now gotten used to it and doing much butter! Not starving anymore lol. Hope all is well with you!!


That's REALLY good to hear! And you know what? It's not just 'getting used to it' -- from wht I've read, it's typical for out-of-shape people to feel hungry after a workout, while those who are in better shape find it acts as an actual appetite suppressant. So that's a really good sign! :)
