what a great blog post! Love how inspired you got by photos of meals that made you proud. Did you know that lack of sleep is proven to make anyone hungrier? It's a weird hormone that all of us have called leptin that creates this. Be careful to get enough sleep, even when your pet has a little emergency! Good luck in the challenge!


Seriously, are you me? I tried to go on a taco bell diet. My plan was to go to taco bell, buy x amount of fresco bean burritos, and then eat them throughout the day. That's how hilariously lazy I am. That didn't work, because the burritos became cold, and also because I would rather eat them all at once and then not eat anything else for the rest of the day. I have basically no control over my desires haha. The best thing that I do for myself now is not having any junk food in the apartment. That way, if l want something not healthy I'll actually have to make more effort, and lord knows l don't want that haha.

I can relate to so much of your post. My heaviest was 313.2 (I still, and probably always will, hate admitting that). When I win my current DietBet (sorry, no cake for me!), I will hit -101 pounds. It's not been a straight-line down-hill journey for me, but you're exactly right, it's all about plugging along. You can do it! WE can do it!
