Amy-When I stepped on the scale today, getting so close to the next "decade", I thought of you. I realized that you are the reason I have been able to steadily lose weight without giving up because it's too hard. I hope I can give something to you to help you with your weight goals.

thanks jenine, i'm more frustrated than ever this go around. I seem to do really well and move downward, but then i bloat right back up again and have to start all over again. super frustrating.
