Follow my printed run plan, plus 2 days strength training. Continue following printed meal plan for at least 2 meals a day, with acceptable alternatives for remaining meal. Keep an attitude of responsibility.

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

I find it difficult to be consistent in following my nutrition plan. I have been easily distracted from my goals. I have also been veey discouraged by the fact that I am currently at the heaviest I've ever been when not pregnant.

I would like to follow the exercise 5 days this week, including 3 days of run/walk and 2 days of strength training. I would like to follow my nutrition plan at least 80% of the time.
