Ugh. 10 days out. My wife made shabu-shabu. I had no choice but to pig out.

So good. 5 difference sauces. Thin beef. Rice. Mushrooms. 3 kinds of kimchi.

Sometimes when I eat more I actually drop more a couple days later!
It’s like a little reset for me I feel like.
I try not to do it often, but every once in a while I don’t let the big meals worry me too much because I know I’ll bounce back or even lose more if I don’t over do it too much.
