You should set very short term goals. My 15yr old doesn't have ADD but she has tendencies that cause her to not stay focused if a goal feels too unreachable. As a result we have to keep everything in the here and now to keep her on track with her schoolwork. It's always what can she accomplish right now, this weekend, these next 3 days. Don't even set a weight goal, focus on what can you do these next three days like shopping, planning, eating to stay on track, the weight will come off as the result of that

quick question.. I've done IP in the past and wanted to reboot. I wanted to join the transformer dietbet 10, but I'm a little confused and apprehensive. I know being IP you drop a lot of weight in the first 2 weeks and with the diet bet 10 you can only lose 4% int he first 4 weeks. I guess my question is what was your percentage for the first round. I'm afraid of going ahead and participating and then being disqualified for losing too much too soon. Thanks in advance and congrats on your losses

I don't think it matters if you're ahead. I'm sorry I'm answering so late! It all is calculated ( i think) from your initial weigh in.

Hang in there. Our bodies heal at their own pace... slower as the clock ticks on the years. The most important thing is listening to your body, listening to your PT, eating healthy, healing foods, and taking this one day at a time. Your mind has a different timetable for recovery than your knee. Stay positive.... just a temporary set-back.
