Each day that I come on here to see how my fellow dietors' are doing. I receive a lot of encouragement to push myself a little further. The hardest thing for me was to change the way that I'm used to eating and to include some type of exercise into my daily regime . I am doing my best. This is showing me that there is a healthy way to live. I'm sleeping more. My body aches, but it feel good.
As someone once said to me: "You can do anything that you put your mind to>".
So keep up the good work....

today I made progress I took off the pounds that I put back on. I realized that I not only have to eat less I also have to watch what type of foods I eat. Some of them have more calories than others. They also carry a lot of salt products in it. Salt is good for you but too much will be retained in your body..
The more I keep with this group the more I am learning about being healthy. Together we pull each other up.
