You know, after I posted this, it occurred to me that some people might not appreciate me talking about a size 2, given the wide range of sizes and progress levels on this site. I considered deleting the post so as not to offend. However, I decided to keep it, and here's why:We are all in our own struggle. My starting pants size might be someone else's goal size. And that's okay. All of us have overalls goal of losing weight and being healthier. The specifics of that look different, because each of us are unique individuals making unique choices based on our unique lives. The main thing is that we support each other in being healthier, regardless of the specific details of one person.Additionally, some context: I'm only 5'2" and I'm solidly in the middle to upper half of healthy BMI range. So my goal weight and goal size are not unreasonable for my bone structure. I was previously overweight with an increased risk of diabetes and heart disease, the #1 killer of adult women.
I'm back in this game.
