Hi Shan. I saw your post where you asked other runners to friend you. I consider myself more of a jogger since I'm so slow. I started running a couple of years ago, but really got serious this past year. I did my first 1/2 marathon in April. I have my second one this month. I'd love to do a Disney 1/2 someday.

I am so inspired by you! I really want to find my own groove and just keep going.
I am only in the early stages, but found I can get 2 miles in. But I feel fabulous after that. I cannot imagine doing 5 or 6 at the moment...all in good time.
I saw all the fabulous progress you have been making. Great job.

It's taken me 4 years to get to this point, and it wasn't until 9 months ago that I really went from 3.1 to 13.1. So definitely, all in good time. I started out doing walk/run. Plus, you have little ones to contend with. Mine are all grown, so I have more time.

I see you also swim. Have you thought about a triathlon? I've done three little sprint ones. My last one was 1/10th of an Iron Man. That was enough for me! They are lots of fun!

Good luck to you!
