Good luck to everyone that joined instant fit. I’ve decided to back out of that bet. Less than a week in and I was already struggling mentally. Dieting can take a toll if not done right and I need to work on things without the influence of a diet bet. I will be back for sure but I need this month to myself. I need to learn self control. - When I tell you guys this was a close one!!!!! Over 64 oz of water today was key. I was able to flush most of the water weight/sodium out and just needed a nice sweaty workout to flush the rest! 💪 so relieved!!! Congrats to everyone who made their goal weight and congrats to everyone who didn’t. You made the commitment and pushed through until the end and that is worth a lot of recognition!!!!
