YIKES.................I wish I liked juice - I could not do this but I am very happy it has worked for you! I think the toughest thing in the world is that mindless eating and when you track, and are honest, it is pretty sobering to see how easy it is to consume 2000+ calories a day and not expend near that much. I have an injury and so am cramped by that but that unfortunately makes "snacking" SO much easier!
