Today I had super yummy meals that were high in veggies and fiber and protein. I was also able to say yes to a small treat while taking my Nana to an appt. She asked if she could take us out for ice cream ( as a little time together and thank you). Bc I've had a very intentional good day i said yes and I enjoyed a small amount that I shared with my daughter. I didn't go crazy. I ate and enjoyed the small amount. This isn't everyday but small, intentional treats every so often are definitely ok and good. Such a great day! I drank all my water goal as well.
