Hi,
Can someone explain how you win each month? I weighed in on time and hit my goal for the month plus a couple of extra lbs lost. I thought we won every month we hit our goal?

Hello Drea - I expect support will get back to you soon. Did you submit during the weigh-in window of the 1st-2nd?

Michelle K.

Sorry for late reply, yes finalizing is waiting for everyone to submit they weigh-in. U get 3 emails
1, to say they have received it
2, to say if it was verified or something was wrong and u need to submit it again
3, to say the round is over and has been finalized.
That’s when on your app it changes from finalising to either winner or runner up

  • 🌺 Balance Over Perfection 🌺

This week, we’re focusing on something powerful: balance.

Balance doesn’t mean doing everything perfectly. It means:

    Nourishing your body
    Moving with intention
    Resting when needed
    Enjoying life without guilt

You don’t have to choose between progress and happiness. You can have both.

Instead of asking, “Did I do this perfectly?”
Try asking, “Did I make more balanced choices today?”

    💬 Let's Discuss:
What does balance look like for you right now?

We’re building habits that last and balance is how we sustain them.

Can you help me understand why I didn't get a payout for this round. It says runner up. I submitted my weigh in on time and met my goal weight plus a couple of extra lbs.

Laurie K.

Balance is having grace for myself.

I've been dieting for over 2 years now and I've gone from over 250lbs to about 190lbs. I've plateaued a bit over the last year though and this is my hardest challenge yet. I know I'm not losing weight "perfectly" but this plateau and weight loss slow down *is* showing me that I'm losing weight sustainably and that's worth the journey

Congrats to everyone who lost weight and extra congratulations to everyone who made it to the 10% goal!!

I may have only succeeded on the first round but I'm still happy to see small amounts of progress each month, even if it's only 1/2 a pound 😜

All progress is progress big or small. Stick to it!

I can’t find the post that shows the winners of last weeks weekly prizes. In fact, I can’t find any posts that show winners of any of the weeks. Are these weekly prizes for real or did I waste $30 dollars?

How do you you win prizes?

Lane F.

By being a member (I believe it's a one time $30 payment for the duration of your challenge) and doing the weekly weigh ins. Drawings are random as far as I can tell and not based on how much weight you've lost.

If I miss my goal for round 1, am I eliminated from the whole game?

Nope, you just have to lose 6% by the end of month 5 in order to be eligible for the final month.

Courtney P.

I forget where I was reading it. There’s actually a maximum amount of weight you can lose between rounds and not a minimum. The only round they will consider you not a “winner“ is the fifth and sixth round I believe. Which is helpful too because if people are losing too fast then they see that as suspicious. It’s very common not to lose your goal weight in the first round. I see the first round as my figuring it out round.

This will be the first transformer I've done where I possibly won't be making the 6% requirement for month 5 (but I'm still trying!) and I most definitely won't make the 10% overall goal. 😔

I'm still making progress towards a healthier me and I've lost about 4% overall in the last six months. I started doing Diet Bet in Nov2023 at 250lbs and I've lost about 60lbs since then, so I refuse to be disappointed in myself or my body! 👍

I've joined the Aloha Transformer for a final push and I'm making good progress towards the first months goal. If all goes well, in 6 months I'll be at a "healthy" BMI, planning my first cruise, and hopefully be done with intense dieting for a while. 💪 Wish me luck!!

I have 2lbs to go to reach the 6% so I’m with you and working hard to get there. Then getting another 4% off for the final round will be a huge challenge (but I’m going to give it my all). I also joined the aloha transformer.

Good luck to you! I’m crossing everything that I have for us to get there.

  • 🌺 Happy Monday, Aloha Transformer Crew! 🌺

The energy in this game is incredible! I hope you're off to a solid start. If you haven't already, now is the perfect time to set yourself up for success.

    ✨ A Simple Formula:
Set Your Goals > Make a Plan > Do the Work > Crush Your Goals

Take a few minutes today to choose one or two personal goals and write down a simple plan for the week. Writing it out (even in your notes app!) makes follow-through much more likely.

    💡 Keep it simple:
    Plan meals or snacks
    Schedule workouts
Set a daily water or movement goal

    💬 Let’s talk:
What’s one goal you’re focusing on this week and how do you plan to make it happen?

We’re cheering you on every step of the way.

Drink more water!

Janet C.

I'm staying away from all processed foods by planning my meals ahead of time. Another goal is 30 minutes of exercise each morning, making that work by planning out my day. Seems easier when you have things planned.

I didn’t win this round either. Congratulations to those who have been consistently dropping pounds and winning rounds! Looks like there are many of us struggling to get rid of the weight so at least I know I’m not alone.

I’m not giving up. I doubt I will win round 5 but I plan on being at least to the 6% so I can still compete in the final round to try and win some of my money back (the only round I won was the first one). And I’m determined to 2026 will be the year I get down to a healthy weight!

I'm also struggling to get the scale to go down (and the holidays definitely haven't helped!)

Here's to hoping that we can both make some good progress over the next two months!

Jessica B.

We are going to make the 6%.

We've got this! Has everyone got their plan for unhealthy holiday offerings and toxic/enabling family gatherings?

Moderation is my key along with movement.

Laurie K.

Small portions of most things and filling up the plate with mostly veggies. Starting hydrated also helps!

Mostly though, I'm keeping in mind that it's just one day and it doesn't undo the months of hard work I've put in to get where I am and that's a wonderful thing! (Ok, it's actually more of a whole weekend, but still!)

Well I am not winning this round. Lots of stress this month and I lost my motivation/will power

I'm definitely not as motivated as I once was either! I've looked at the math of where I am and where I want to be, and I've mentally reset my personal goals.

Sure, I could aim to be on track to lose the full 9% for next round, but instead I've mentally set my goal to just 6.5%. I'll win less money, but I plan on still making progress towards my final goal of a healthier weight and body.

Mary S.

You’re not alone. My body decided this game was the perfect time to throw in cortisol spikes and hormone imbalances that come with peri menopause. I lost zero lbs this round.
The great news is we all still have time to catch up. You’ve got this!
