you did great!!!! i know about the depression and inner self down talk, i had made it almost to my goal and family stuff came up and i basically said f@#$ it and regained all that i had lost before maybe even more. i know that we can all do this and have all the support that will get us to where we want/need to be. =) smile and be happy knowing that you'll get there!
